CaughtMyEye is a trading name of ThIncFirst Ltd.

This Liability Waiver applies automatically and is deemed accepted upon any use of the Platform. No explicit action, signature, or checkbox is required.

1.Assumption of Risk

By using the Platform, the User acknowledges and accepts that:

The Platform is a public posting venue.
The Platform cannot control who views posts.
The Platform cannot guarantee any outcome, interaction, or response.
The Platform does not verify identities of individuals referenced in posts.

2.No Guarantee of Results

The Platform provides a space for “missed connections” content. We do not guarantee:

That posts will be seen by any specific person
That any communication or connection will occur
That posts will remain visible for any specific duration
That the Platform will be available without interruption

3.User Responsibility

The User is solely responsible for:

The accuracy and legality of their content
Ensuring no personal data of third parties is included
Ensuring compliance with all posting rules
Any consequences arising from their submissions

4.Platform Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Platform is provided “as-is” and “as-available”
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied

Loss of data
Loss of opportunity
Emotional distress
Damages arising from interactions between Users
Damages arising from misuse of the Platform
Damages arising from content removal

5.Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

User content
User conduct
User misuse of the Platform
Violations of these Terms

6.Automatic Acceptance

Use of the Platform constitutes:

Acceptance of this Liability Waiver
Agreement to all Terms & Conditions
Acknowledgement of the Platform's privacy-first limitations

No further action is required.
